ACME Solar Holdings wins 300 MW SECI contract with a ₹6 per kWh tariff for assured peak power supply.
Under the contract, the scheduled commencement of supply date (SCSD) is 18 months from the date of signing the power purchase agreement (PPA), with a project tenure of 25 years from the date of SCSD.
Acme Solar Holdings has successfully commissioned an additional 4 MW wind power capacity through its subsidiary ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited at a project site in Gujarat. This milestone brings the total commissioned capacity to 88 MW out of the planned 100 MW project, representing 88% completion. The commissioning was officially verified by GEDA and PGVCL authorities, with formal certification expected shortly.
For ACME Renewtech Sixth 300 MW Assured Peak Power Project
ACME Solar secured ₹1,571 crore from IIFCL for its 300 MW Rajasthan project. IIFCL acts as sole lender with a 19-year repayment tenor. Total fiscal financing reached ₹10,976 crore with ₹2,123 crore capex. Project includes 1,350 MWh BESS and 25-year PPA at ₹6.28/unit. Grid connectivity is operational with substation works in advanced stages.
